Dental offices export an insurance aging report: every open claim, in whatever order the software felt like. Someone has to decide what to chase first.
It parses the export, then scores each claim on age, balance, and status, and says why in plain language.
The claims worth a call today rise to the top, with a draft follow-up letter ready for a person to review and send.

Client build · with my brother
Built with my brother for a mobile anesthesia practice. Role-specific calendars coordinate providers and offices, and AI-assisted scheduling proposes changes for the owner to approve.
Engineering focus: access controls, audit trails, and notifications that respect scheduling undo windows.

Full-time volunteer service in Bolivia, from July 2023 to July 2025. I learned Spanish in the field, to advanced professional level, and spent every day teaching, presenting, and coaching teams of 14 to 18 people.
It is where I learned that the job is rarely the task in front of you. It is getting a group of people to do it well together.
